How long does shipping take?

No. We currently ship within the United States only.

Are your items made to order?

Yes. All items are produced individually after an order is placed.

 

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.

 

Do you accept returns for incorrect size or change of mind?

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for incorrect size selection or a change of mind.
